Our Classes.
This is our NO-BS Strength Training class: It includes structured sessions designed to build strength, mobility, & prevent injuries for members of all levels. It simplifies all the barbell movements, using more kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and a variety of other movements. The groups have only 7 people max per class so you’ve got the energy of the group but it feels like 1on1. Coaches track your progress, give you form correction and make sure you’re never stuck or left behind.
This is our Advanced Athletic Strength training class: It includes structured sessions designed to build strength and athleticism for intermediates and experienced members. We use elite level movements, advanced training methods and a large variety of exercises. The groups have only 7 people max per class so you’ve got the energy of the group but it feels like 1on1. Coaches track your progress, give you form correction and make sure you’re never stuck or left behind.
