A former obese individual, sport profoundly transformed my life and shaped my vocation: to support each person, from beginner to elite athlete, in building a stronger, more resilient body, with the same level of rigor and expertise. Specialized in athletic development, resistance training, and rehabilitation-based training, I help you move pain-free through engaging sessions – because consistency is born from enjoyment.

Passionate about physical activity since childhood, I have had the opportunity to practice a wide variety of sports, both team-based and individual. Racket sports, combat sports, and ball sports have all been part of my journey. This diversity has allowed me to develop a broad and comprehensive understanding of training and human movement.
Building on this experience, I specialized in postural strengthening, functional training, physical transformation, and calisthenics. My approach focuses on effective, individualized work while respecting the body and its capabilities.

Andrea has a background in psychology and medicine, with advanced training in biomechanics, breath mechanics, and functional strength training. Passionate about movement science, she takes a holistic approach that integrates breath, mental awareness, and functional movement. A yoga teacher for over 10 years and a manual therapist, she supports clients in building strength, balance, and overall well-being.

Originally from London, Tim is a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in weight loss and lean muscle development through movement, balance, and strength endurance. With a background in multiple sports and personal experience managing a lower-back injury, he understands rehabilitation and return to training. He also integrates sport psychology to help clients overcome barriers, stay motivated, and maintain an active lifestyle.

Originally from Germany Natalia has always been an active and outdoorsy person – wherever there is a mountain she either hikes or climbs it. This joy to move created a desire to share it with others.Using the core, Natalia believes that she can assist weight problems, back problems or anything else that might hinder someone to feel the joy of movement. She believes there is always a path, individually designed, to create an active person and most importantly for them to keep this lifestyle lifelong.

Theo’s background is rooted in sport. From football, skiing and swimming to strength & conditioning roles in ice hockey, alpine and freestyle skiing, he has coached professional, Olympic and youth athletes aged 10 to 20. After continuing his education in the USA, he now focuses on strength training for people who want to get stronger, more athletic and injury-free.
